The Member Engagement Librarian supports and strengthens member participation within Atla by facilitating and promoting professional learning opportunities and community connections. This role focuses on cultivating an active, inclusive, and intellectually engaging member experience through workshops, virtual meetings, association communications, and sustained interaction on Atla’s online community platforms.

The ideal candidate is a professional librarian with strong facilitation skills, experience in virtual engagement, and a passion for professional development and community-building within scholarly or professional associations.

Compensation: $28-$30 an hour

Benefits: Not eligible for benefits but is eligible for a pro-rated technology stipend.
